As you drive or walk down the signature main entrance, you are surrounded by       80-foot-tall oak and pine trees. Rosedale began welcoming the first homeowners in 1993. What began as 335 acres has grown to over 800 acres. We now have over 1,100 homes at Rosedale, all with easy access through two guarded gates. Ongoing improvements are ensuring direct routes to the major roads and the beaches.

One of the beautiful communities inside Rosedale is Woodbrooke Run.

Many of our 38 homes border on fairways and nature preserves. Most of the Woodbrooke Run homes were built in 1996 and 1997.

Woodbrooke Run is a maintenance-assisted community. Our Association contracts for landscaping services, house painting, and other routine services for the benefit of our Association members.

​

Residents pay for these valuable services through quarterly assessments in January, April, July and October. Quarterly assessments are $500.
