Rosedale Homeowners Association: The Rosedale Master Association is the organization which oversees the entire Rosedale community. This website provides considerable information such as various committees, street maps, Rosedale news, Rosedale Master HOA financial information, board meeting minutes, and all legal documents such as By-Laws and Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. The section for “residents only” is password restricted. Please see a Woodbrooke Run Board Member for the password.

Homeowner Quarterly Assessments: The quarterly assessments for 2020 are $420 per quarter. The quarterly payments are due in the months of January, April, July, and October, no later than the 20th of the month. For printable details, follow the link.
