The Rosedale ARC(Architectural Review Committee) is a group within the Master Rosedale HOA that reviews home modification requests. The ARC Guidelines and Requirements should be helpful when completing a Property Change Request, and are intended to make the process flow more smoothly for homeowners and ARC representatives. Following these guidelines will insure that submissions are complete and give the ARC ample time for review and approval.

The following items do not require filing an ARC. These items are explained in more detail in the guidelines.:

• Repainting anything the exact same color
• Re-screening and repainting cages
• Replacing small dead bushes with similar plantings
• Repairs and replacement of existing equipment
• Small Driveway and Pathway repairs and maintenance
